City Quest - 1st Event help out in Council

Yesterday after Computing lesson, I went out with my uni pals to Plaza Singapura to celebrate Grace's birthday in advance. We went to Pastamania for lunch. All of us went except Adeline, Jayden and Shane. We gave Grace a Wisma voucher and bought a small coffee cake from Breadtalk. We had a late lunch. Even before going for chorale practice I still felt stuffed up. Cause I finished my plate of spaghetti, garlic breads and soup. After lunch, we took a few photos with our camera phone. I had wanted to brought my camera along but my dad borrowed it from me to shoot some video recording. Here's some photos to share...

After that, we went to Monster Cue Billards at Meridien Hotel to play pool. Only Jooe, Sok Wan and me sat around but did not play. Then we left for dinner with just Ah Hong, Jooe, Zihao and me at Cineleisure foodcourt. I was still full so I just drank instead. Then I left them for my chorale practice while the three went to watch Swing Girls.

Today was a long day and tired day for me. Had accounting lesson in the morning, then after class, Bernard and KK (is that his name?) gotta rush down to City Hall for City Quest-The Amazing Race cum Shi Zhi Lu Kou game...Bernard was one fo the contestants whereas KK was the photographer and I was one of the game station's master 2nd IC. I was to group with Michelle. My station was the Multiples Game and food station where we bought famous Ondeh Ondeh from Maxwell Market to reward the contestants if they had complete our station. I was stationed at Victoria Theatre with Michelle, The game was to be played as in multiples of 7 from 1 to 99. So the teams are not supposed to say out multiples of 7 and the number 7 in it. Instead they'll clap it without even mouthing the number out. Once make a slight mistake, they'll be "rewarded" with veggie biscuits filled with wasabi in it and they gotta start all over again. But there were only three teams with members of 4 only so there sure to be prizes for each team. The day was getting boring after the 2nd team left. We waited 1 hour plus for the last team to turn up at our station. We were more than delighted and relieved than the contestants as we're able to pack up and settle for a cup of cold drink at Bakerz Inn-One Fullerton. The ending point was at the Merlion. The last team turned up at around 5.30pm so we totalled the score and gave the prizes to the teams. !st-$30 Taka shopping vouchers to each of the members, 2nd-$20, 3rd-$10. Then we had some photo-taking session and finally we all left the place. Will post the pics once I managed to get hold of them...heh heh
