Updates

Yesterday was Good Friday, the death of Jesus Christ - the day where Jesus died for our sins. I was supposed to reach church at 2pm to prepare for the Tenebrae Service at 3pm. Some last minute rehearsals and warming up before the service starts. This year the Chorale was supposed to lead the congregation in singing hymns and readings will be read out too. I left house at about 1.30pm and was waiting for the train at Lakeside. Funny thing I felt suddenly was that I saw this train that was about to arrive in 5 mins was supposed to be heading to Pasir Ris, how could it be changed to Jurong East again. Previously, the train I had missed before was heading to Jurong East too. Then when the train was approaching in 1 min, the PA system announced that the train heading to Pasir Ris will be delayed for another hour. This train on Platform A is heading to Jurong East. Die, I'm doomed, I'm going to be late, my house has no other means of transportation I could get to Commonwealth so I called my dad and got out of the ticket exit. My dad told me to go home as he'll fetch me there. I asked the ticket office if my fare could be refunded as I left the place within 5 mins only and did not even took to another destination. I could refund within 3 working days. Today's papers show the incident why the train was delayed. I guessed right about someone must have jumped onto the track stupidly again and lost his life all for a shoe...

How's this new font and font size? The colours for each paragraph is back again. Well, after the service, I went with Ivan and Andrew to Plaza Singapura to watch Miss Congeniality 2. Luckily we had booked the tickets on internet cause the ticket queue was bloody long. The queue was like those ucnles and aunties queuing for Toto previously for the 10 million prize money at Turf Clubs or Singapore Pools. The show was at 530pm so I got time to do some shopping for myself. I bought 25 pcs of CD-Rs from Carrefour and a Fish Leong VCD Concert from MJ. Had a hard time looking for CD-Rs in PS. Needed them to burn some stuffs. I preferred the first show of Miss Congeniality compared to part 2 but it's quite linked to the first show. Sandra Bullock is a funny actress. I like watching her shows. It's not that funny compared to the first show but can watch it though for the sake of watching the continuation you'll see. Dun leave your seats and the theatre right after the show cause the credits will show some deleted hilarious NG scenes....

We had wanted to go K-Box after that (7pm to 12am one) but it was already 7+ when the movie ended. We ended up having dinner at BK as everywhere was really full and we happened to chance upon four seats at BK. Then after dinner, we all went to Ivan's house as I wanted to see his mini Schnauzer, Pebbles, his aunt got his family to look after while she's away and yesterday was her last night there. She's so cute. Damn active and friendly. Very amiable to humans...Took a picture of her too on my camera phone. We wanted to go KTV today to make up for yesterday, I just have this sudden ktv mood but Ivan msg me this morning saying he met with an accident yesterday and his car will need about 20K for repairs so I stayed at home and just wait for dinner. Today is my brother's 29th birthday so we're going out for dinner to celebrate...
