I was talking mass chat on MSN with my G6 orientation group yesterday night. Before that, I was chatting with Weijie on MSN too. He asked me my hobbies and all and I said singing ktv is one of it. And he also enjoyed going to KTVs so he suggested why not we go sing ktv today. I thought why not since I know most of us do not have afternoon lessons today so I went into mass chat with Lina and Weili and Weijie joined in too. I suggested to them our 1st G6 outing will be going to ktv. So we did not expect everyone to be so into it and agreed readily. So we decided to go to Clementi KTV where we'll first compare the prices at Party World and K-Box. Clarence joined us for lunch at Clementi. Boon meet us there. Teck rode his bike to school and he rode to Clementi. The rest of us got into Weijie's huge 5-seater car.

We went to the hawker centre to eat wanton noodles and western food. Then we headed down to Party World to check the rates there. There were 8 of us so a big room total charges is about $110 (inclusive of 10 drinks and tidbits). We even saw the room but had only two mics. So we decided to go to K-Box in the end as Weijie and I feel that K-Box has newer songs though few of them felt it is more expensive. I had estimated the price at K-Box should be around $16 at least but in the end, membership can get 20% off which each pax is $9+++ which totalled to be $14+ each. At first, Melvin and Janet was with us. At 5.30pm, Melvin left as he had something on. Then at 6+, Janet also left earlier. We sang all the way from 2.30pm till 8pm but the bill hasn't even came to us yet. At 8pm, I already wanted to leave, so I called for the bill and I realised we were the only ones left in that area and we were the biggest group today so we were easily recognised by the staff. The rooms were all empty. Singing at Clementi branch is really worth it cause they won't chase you out unless you are paying by student rate then for sure they'll chase you out on the dot even though the KTV is not packed. The new album of Jay Chou's November Chopin are already out on K-Box. The guys were singing few of his new songs. I'm surprised they had Jackie Chan and Kim Hee Sun's 美丽的神话 original MTV on KTV. The Korean part were put into Romaji (Romaji is those Saeranghaeyo, Aishiteru) which was inaccurate. I sang with Teck for that song. Great next time I can sing this song. I did not really follow the lyrics for Kim's part, I just follow and sing from what I remember.
We took quite a number of pics too and Lina and I even took solo shots with the guys. Will post up here once I got it. Shucks, everytime I bring my camera to take photos, battery always got depleted and the other spare battery always cannot work. But I know now cause it's because my both batteries have been depleted that's why. I know the people who went for today's outing (G6) will surely read my blog cayse wanna know what I write right? Haha, I din write until so detailed this time right? Thanks for visiting my blog by the way. And if possible, leave a message on my tag-board can? So that I'll know that you guys all have visited my blog. Must plan for next outing again. Maybe go Weijie's house CNY visiting? Hmm...

This pic was hilarious...Weijie and the others were singing David Tao's Ai Hen Jian Dan. So I made the caption cause that was what he sang when he did this action. Dun be fooled by this [ic or their actions. This comes a long story...But Weijie was fooling around so I took this shot cause they're so funny. He was kneeling and singing this song so he just turned to Lina as if he was singing to her and telling her something throught this song...



I made him hold her hand to make as if he's proposing to her...Hilarious right?



Lina wanted to just take Weijie and me again but Teck wanted to join so Teck and Boon joined in too...

Look at Teck singing so seriously yet passionately. At this point onwards, the 10 over songs are all by Jay Chou. Think Teck was singing Jay Chou's songs together with Boon and Weijie. But where's Weijie?



Ah, there he is...What is he doing there? We were too noisy over there so he went over there...



He just ignored us and kept on singing. Weijie, u looked like u're being glued to the KTV screen man!!!

I see this pic and it reminded me of the HK movie starring Anita Yuen and Leslie Cheung, Who's the Woman, Who's the Man (Part 2) and gave me the caption: He's a Woman, She's a Man (Part 1)...Damn hilarious right? I can't believe I did such stupid thing...Am I man enough now?
