Haven't been updating my blog lately with new entries about my life. Well, but I am sure you will enjoy this entry cause I'll be putting photos which you can never see it unless you come to my house. Have been searching thru old photo albums and found my young baby photos. I was so super cute when I was young. I couldn't even believe that was me. I had so big eyes no wonder my sister envied me with having so big eyes. But I still had that chubby baby fats cheeks...I'm trying to lose some baby fats of mine now before my sister's wedding. Seems like my own wedding though. Well cause she's my closest kin and 1st in the family to get married and most importantly she's my sister and I love her. I never told her that and I know she will never read my blog. We grew up together so looking through at the old photos brings back nice fond memories...

Before showing the photos of myself, just wanna share with you what I've been up to lately. Well, been going for interviews as usual and going to agencies for job search and all. Went to an interview with Starhub on Tuesday. I quite wanted that job although it isn't marketing. But at least it is a big company and very good benefits. They said they'll call me ard this week for second interview if possible. I think I may not get this job afterall cause it's been Thursday and I haven't gotten any news. Anyway, went for another interview just now at a trading company of automobile for tyres and all. Quite sucky place. Longest interview spent there actually. A lousy location at Pandan Rd. But I am going to another interview later at 5pm at Pico International. US MNC doing marketing and events company. Same agency as this morning who got me these two interviews for an admin assistant position. I'll be assisting two Accounts Executives in admin matters. They organised and designed many events like NDP, Chingay Parade too and overseas. But working hours is long and location is further - Lavender, working hours from 8.30am to 6.15pm. Pretty long working hours - exactly 8 hr 45 mins job. I can probably work under other dept like marketing in future as this company seemed to have rather good prospects but looking at the working hours, I gotta leave house at 7.45 at least. Gosh....I was waiting to be called for another job interview at NTU too. Department Support Officer for Humanities & Social Arts Faculty. Pay is at least $1700, pay seemed quite good for such a position and it is near my house. Early working hours but won't be long too I heard. But hasn't even heard from my agent - Recruit Express except asking me for my Diploma and O Levels Cert. See what news I have next...

What's that in my mouth? Oh my toy dog's tail made of spring. It really has a string attached to it that can move along with the wheels as the legs. Or was the string deliberately attached to it? Hmm...

7-8 months old (less than 1 year old I'm sure...)




That's my favourite pillow my Mum sewed for each of my sibnlings and myself but different pillow case. I still kept it safe...

1-2 years old?? (I can't remember how old was I, I was rather petite and small in size so I could be older than that)

When I was young, my whole family stayed with my grandparent's house in Telok Blangah. It was only when I was 4-5 years old when we moved over to our own HDB flat in Jurong.



After a nice shower, adults always like to comb our hair back like this when we were young...



The vain side of me, I looked so cute when I smile. No wonder my American auntie and uncle wanted to adopt me when I was a year old. Heard from my mum that I was almost given away to my uncle's family because they had two sons and they had both always wanted a daughter. And my mum already had two children and I was the youngest. Lucky my mum did not as she said I will be their last child already, otherwise I will be ABC and lived in San Francisco with my two "brothers" already married now. They are my cousins. Actually uit wouldn't matter cause I will still be a Wong.

Spotted my fave pillow? It is always with me at my side. I rem I always brought it everywhere whenever I went even when I'm out. Look at my fierce side..."What are you staring at?"

Gosh, why is my hair always like this? That is my grandparent's house. Think I haven't learnt to walk much yet that is why I am still crawling





I've always slept on a double decker bed. From my grandparent's 3-room flat to my current 4-room flat.

3-5 years old...


After we moved to our own flat, my dad also got his own company van/Suzuki car I could not remember, we went out for our family outings...Labrador Park, our fave place to go, dunno why...



I was drinking Grape soft drink in a plastic bag form. Look at how I enjoyed the drink, can't even bother to smile or pose for the camera. My dad was taking candid shots.





My dad loved photography, even till today, he is always carrying a camera around taking photos, the only difference is different camera and different kind of pictures, last time was Leica, Canon and we as people were his interest, now it is Nikon or Fujifilm and now the birds are his interest. Sigh...

5-6 years old or probably could be same time as 3-5 years old...




I was actually watching an old local period drama at that time, after the show ended, I took some pegs my mum always used for hanging the wet clothes, and the lace cloth from the TV and put on myself to make myself look like the girl in the drama I just watched. Let me explain, the pegs were the colourful things we see clipped on the leading lady's hair normally dangling out, the cloth is big enough to make it look like the big sleeves they had in the show and the big top over their shoulders....Funny but cute right? That's why my sister got my dad to take this photo fast.


I still had that big eyes even when I was wearing specs in secondary school. It was only after people started wearing contact lens, the eyes will shrink a little. Maybe some won't but mine definitely did...
