My auntie sent me this email of this talented young girl, Bianca Ryan could be the next Charlotte Church. In fact, she was even younger than Charlotte Church when she started singing and had her first album. Bianca Ryan is only 11 years old but when she sings, she practically has a voice of a 21-year old and more. She started off in joining this talentime called America's Got Talent. And she won the competition through. It probably consists of different ages even for teenagers. When I saw her video, I had the same expression as those judges. After the competition, she had a tremendous makeover which really doesn't look anymore like a 12-year old girl anymore. I uploaded the clip here.

Last FRiday, I had lunch with a guy friend who was working near my office. I saw some colleagues eating fast food during lunchtime so I was craving for fast food. I met my friend for lunch in BUgis cause that was the only place that had McDonald's. He got a cab to pick me up at my office. Then while taking this cab back to my office, this cab driver was blabbering non-stop and talking nonsensical stuffs. After he found out that I was working in Pico, he said people doing events are all pretty girls so you are also pretty. I din even bother to tell him that I am not doing events but just doing admin cause I alighted the cab. Then after I left, my friend sms me to tell me I did not get to hear what the cab driver said. He told me after I left the cab driver asked him if I was his wife or gf and said that we both had "夫妻脸" and encouraged him to "敢敢追你" and said I was a "leng lui" (亮女 in Cantonese). When I saw that sms, I was like, "What the heck" do I look that old to be married and do I look like him? I dun wan to alright. At that time, I was talking to my friend over the phone, I was like telling my friend, this stupid cab-driver, dun let me see him again or I confirm will burn his cab. He is just some perverted old man and dunno how to judge people properly. He said all those things liao, my friend thought I'll be happy to hear him call me "leng lui" not after he said all those things, will I still be happy? Besides I knew to an old man like him, every female as long as young is leng lui to him. What a guy and a girl go out for lunch or take cab together means we're a couple? If I have feelings for a guy who is in that cab, when I hear this of course I'll be happy. But whatever honeyed things this driver had said has truly offended me already. Sometimes when taking cabs, I will just prefer peace and quiet from the drivers. It seems like if the passenger is a female and alone, most scenarios I have encountered before are that the driver if Chinese, will surely talk to you. They can just find a topic and talk. There were times when I just suddenly talk to the driver regarding like couldn't get a cab or something. Then we can just start a conversation like that. That's where I dun mind the driver being friendly by talking to me.
