I celebrated three friends birthdays consecutively on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They are 25th, 24th and 23rd birthdays this year respectively. That's what the top three numbers meant. Ivan's and Leong's birthday were on the day itself when we celebrated.

On Friday, Andrew and I planned Ivan's birthday in bringing him to Carnivore for dinner then KTV at Shenton Way's PartyWorld. Super expensive. I got him a Braun Buffel wallet. That gift had a story behind which I shall not mention it here. The dinner at Carnivore was expensive. Costs $46 per pax. It's a Brazillian buffet style where all sorts of meat are served. Definitely not worth it for females like me who can't eat much. I had Samy's Curry for lunch so I wasn't very hungry yet too. But I gotta say the meat there are really very good. I went for the salad bar in the end. Needed some veggie too. There was smoked salmon salad and my fave french beans. At about 9.30pm to 10pm we headed to Shenton Way KTV. And we sang all the way till about 2am. But at 1+, I couldn't take it. I was so tired of singing and I slept on the sofa as they wanted to stay all the 4 hrs complete. I even fell asleep in Ivan's car on the way home. I reached home almost 3am.

On Saturday, I went to Hana School of Skin Care and Cosmetics Art at Chinatown Plaza to do my nails. Knew someone in there and gave me a special rate of $50 for manicure and pedicure and $30 for facial plus free make-up for free. It's my first time doing manicure and pedicure so it really is an eye-opening experience for me. The girl was really meticulous and good. I should have chosen the same colour for my hands and toes. I liked the toenails colour more.




The facial I must say is not bad. They used hands and do and after that I can tell my skin is better. I was wearing green that day to support the Live the Earth campaign so I wore green so I requested to put the eye shadow green too. My friends said I look better like that. After that, I took a cab down to Hooters to join Leong's birthday dinner. It was already 7.30pm. Too bad I couldn't join them drinking later cause I got church the next day. So I left at 10pm after the dinner. I heard of birthdays in Hooters got special arrangements by them. Indeed, Leong was being asked to come out in the center to dance with hula-hoops. Then after that, he was being asked to change into their uniform and dress like a women with make-up and wig and sang birthday song for him with the cake we bought for him.

Then on Sunday after church, Kailin, Jo and I went to Rach's 23rd birthday at her house. Before that, we joined the younger youths who are also my chorale group, Jasper, Norman and Stanford and his sister, Stacy to have lunch at Ajisen Ramen. Then we took a cab down to Upper East Coast. Rachel prepared quiches, apple crumble, chocolate fondue. I only tried the quiches and I must say it's the first time I'm eating quiches and it's good. Then her classmate bought Goodwood Park's famous Durian moose cake and I tried it, it's good. It's really made from real durians. After that, we played Taboo. I brought mine cause mine was the Singapore version. It's really fun when you have more people play together.

If you would want to haver surprise birthday celebration for a friend, Hooters would be the place to embarrass the birthday person. You can even have other parties like Hen's Night Party / Bachelor's Party there too.
