Shopping

I went for a brief shopping at Great World City yesterday after church. I went to the food court for lunch with my family and wanted to watch movie, State of Play at 1.30pm. My mum wanted to look at shoes and Noda was having sale (1-for-1 Sale) and I was looking for a pair of shoes for myself to replace my black heels that was spolit after wearing for less than 5 times. I saw this pair of brown patent heels that I liked selling for $39.90. I got the size and the sales assistant was telling me the range of the shoes I can select for the offer. I have to just pay for the higher value. I saw this pair of sandals that was so cool but I haven't wore sandals ever since I left RMIT. I loved to wear covered shoes now and the fashion is forever for covered flats / shoes so I wasn't even sure if I will wear that sandals but I loved the colour combination (blue and silver and egyptian style) and was worth $33.90 so it was definitely worth buying the pair of shoes.

After the movie, my dad decided to head ot IMM to look for DVDs for a particular drama he was catching on Cabletv. I passed by this toys shop and saw a My Melody display inside the shop and outside the shop window display. I told my mum to go ahead and I'll look for her later while I headed back to the shop as I was particularly looking for the My Melody plushie I've saw in a few toy shops lately. The shop in Kallang Leisurepark was selling that same plushie for $40 and I was so tempted to buy. Fortunately I was not rash and it was lunchtime during office hours, so I did not not bring so much money out or ATM cards out, now I saw this shop in IMM selling the same toy for only $30. I bought it immediately and asked the shop assistant for a Ponyo toy Mingli previously was interested to get for her young nephew but it was out of stock. It was soft and cuddly. I had to sneak it into my bag to prevent my parents from seeing the toy I bought. First time I have spent money on shopping ever since GSS started.
