Today I specially took leave cause Andre was also on leave so we decided to go East Coast Park today and he will teach me how to cycle. After so many years, i've always wanted to learn and have someone who is able to teach me patiently how to cycle. And I finally mastered it today, hopefully I'll be able to maintain that skill too next time as Practice Makes Perfect.

Andre was very patient in teaching me to cycle. Initially it was hard for me to learn, and few times in the beginning I told him I wanted to just give up and let's change and get the two-seater bike to cycle. But he told me not to give up yet as he will treat this as an achievement too to teach me to cycle it by today if possible. After 1 hour of coaching, I finally got the gist and momentum of it and as he lets go, I started to cycle on my own in front and I think I did heard him asking me to stop but I still carried on and when I realised I was about to fall on the right and couldn't control, I tried to brake but it was too far right, it hit the kerb and the bicycle fell sideways on the sand ground. Andre ran towards me and helped me up, he immediately sweep away the sand from my legs and hands and went to McDonald's to wash up. He said he felt so guilty cause he didn't hold on to my bike and he feel pain seeing me fall eventually. I assured him i was alright and it wasnt his fault. I didn't listened to him and stopped in time so I fell then i'll learn. We rested in McDonald's a while before we carried on and I tried learning how to move on on the bike by myself. And I finally mastered it...Then we changed for a two-seater and cycled all the way to Bedok Jetty which is on the far end of ECP.

At Bedok Jetty, while resting, we saw a lot of this jellyfish swimming near the surface of the water...

Dear, I think you are really patient with me seeing how much I wanted to give up learning cycling but you still encouraged me not to give up. Thanks for teaching me so patiently today and never give me up. Dun say that you're not a patient person I think you are to me. Seeing you being so anxious over my fall and blaming on yourself, I'm really touched. Next time, I'll go ECP with you again and if I cant master roller blading next time, I cycle and you blade...I enjoy doing or learning things with you. I also mentioned before, I dun mind exchanging interests with my bf as long as we both enjoy doing, I believe this is the time spent together. So even if you used to do your fave interests with your friends, I do not mind being and joining your group of friends as long as you want me to participate together and know them better but not soccer (that's guys game)...
