Lyrics

yeah yeah yeah yeah
呼唤黎明的出现
yeah yeah yeah yeah

转载来自 ※ Mojim.com 魔镜歌词网
结局的完美就像 英雄 电影 情节
有没有一种信念 有没有一句誓言
呼唤黎明的出现
yeah yeah yeah yeah
呼唤黎明的出现
yeah yeah yeah yeah

yeah yeah yeah yeah
都无法全身而退
yeah yeah yeah yeah
都无法全身而退

当我们都走上街 当我们怀抱信念
当我们亲身扮演 英雄 电影 情节
你就是一种信念 你就是一句誓言
世界正等你出现
yeah yeah yeah yeah
世界正等你出现
yeah yeah yeah yeah
Oh~ yeah yeah

Art Science Museum @ Marina Bay Sands

I met my client Mrs Lee at the Marina Bay Sands food court at 11am today with a male colleague. She was nice enough to offer to bring us to the Art Science Museum to look at the exhibition there. She gave my colleague and myself a card to dine at the food court there. We will need to return to her next week when we meet up. We proceeded to the Art Science Museum and the tickets cost $35. Good thing, my colleague had a vocational cab licence so he can enter free and bring in a person free. Mrs Lee can pay at a senior citizens price and OCBC cards have 20% discount. She paid my colleague cash as she doesn't have an OCBC credit card. Her ticket can entitled to a 2 hour complimentary parking but she nicely gave it to us instead. We were there more on like an excursion. Tang Cargo Shipwreck is one of her projects as STB has bought and kept lots of artifacts from Tang shipwreck. There are altogether 4 exhibitions in the museums. Tang Treasures is on the 1st level, Van Gogh Exhibition is the next exhibition (this is a good exhibition if you appreciate art), Dali Exhibition is on the 3rd level and Art Science Exhibition (a short and brief one) was beside the Dali Exhibition area.

After the Tang Treasures Exhibition, we will pass by their Museum Gift Shop, it seems there is a shop in every exhibition and they are selling the same things. Mrs Lee ended up buying two books of Belitung books and Tang Cargo Shipwreck at the shop and she spent $105. Every $100 spent will entitle to a free photoshoot to keep. She ask me to take the shot since I'm photogenic and look nice in photos. So I went to have my photo taken alone. I chose having the easel and pretend I'm an artist. And I can choose the background I want which are Van Gogh's paintings to be montaged into the background.

Van Gogh Exhibition is done by Pico and the exhibits are fantastic. This is what I call the Paintings Come Alive. The art pieces were all being projected on all the walls in the area depicting his works and story by ambience music. It's really impressive, you feel as if the paintings really come alive. The projection are life sized and on the four sides of walls and small walls are different paintings combined to tell the story.

Dali's exhibition is rather boring but also done by Pico. More abstract but his sculpture pieces are much more interesting. There's melted clock which reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. In fact there is a sculpture called Alice in Wonderland in his works. The second last area of Dali's exhibition catches visitor's eyes as there's the 93-degree angled furniture on the wall ceiling. In the last area, there are many clocks on the wall and the illusion mirrors that visitors will stop to take photos and laugh, even myself...

Art Science Exhibition is the most boring. It is a brief exhibition showing the science creation. There is this touchscreen interactive where visitors can create their own MBS creation. Choose a background, then add in the shape and/or objects then amend/edit the shape with different colour or add details in it, then it'd save and you can choose to send it out to a friend which includes yourself too.
Photobucket
My 1st creation...
Photobucket
My second creation...Alvin: this is what you see in underwater...hehe

Then my colleague and I went lunch at the Rasapura Markets aka Food Court using the card that Mrs Lee treat us to. It is really expensive food court. I ordered You Mian (homemade noodles) and it costs $4.95 after 10% discount. I ordered two fruit juices and it costs $5+ after 10% discount.

Photobucket
I'm an artist by the cafe in Paris, France...
Photobucket
Illusion mirrors...Wow I look slim and tall...
Photobucket
So short and fat
Photobucket
Some of the mirrors alternately are repeated I think, some have the same effects...
Photobucket
I don't think I wanna look fat like that...
Photobucket
My colleague and me....we look fat and have a big body and head
Photobucket
Dali Exhibition...a genius mind who always features time and clock in his art works...
Photobucket
Cool, furniture hanging on the wall
Photobucket
Photobucket
The Art Science Exhibition...Kong Ming Lantern...
Photobucket
Paper airplane...
Photobucket
The Food Court card in MBS. Entitled to 10% discount...

2nd week...

It's almost coming to the end of the 2nd week since he left for UK. There is still 3 more weeks and 5 more days to go. I managed to chat with him online every night without fail. I got myself a 5MP webcam during the PC show on Sunday for $28 from Prolink. The camera has been quite good and useful so far. And we have been chatting online on weekdays daily around 12am onwards till around 1am or before usually. I'm still waiting for him to send me more photos he took but he kept insisting to show me when he's back cause he says he's lazy to upload all.
Photobucket
I liked this photo of him so far out of the 3 photos he sent me with him pose in it...Maybe he looks better in side profile...Haha

Anyway, putting him aside, I also have been busy at work this whole week. Besides, preparing the Operations Manual for recent completed HDB Gallery which is to be submitted next Tuesday, There is another new project coming in Sentosa. Actually it's two projects concurrently, one is the Sentosa Visitor Centre and the other which I just attended two days of long 3 hours meeting is iFly Singapore at Siloso Beach. Hopefully, when this project ends, we will get to try out this world largest simulator skydiving experience. I'm gonna be busy at Sentosa assisting / coordinating in these two projects.

Busy week ahead...

I predict this week will be a busy week for me. On the 15th finally, HDB Gallery is gona open officially. On 16th April, I believe it will be officially opened to public. Don't forget to check out the newspapers, it should have a wide coverage on the event itself. And I'm taking charge of the event. From catering food for the Tea Reception to sourcing of emcee choices to getting the design of the launch gambit and backdrop ready, I oversee it mostly by myself. I had to do the admin programme rundown that day as most of the people in my team are not experienced in events management. I am not either but fortunately I did lent some of my services to few events in the company itself, especially last year's Asian Youth Games Opening Dinner was hosted by Pico so I was involved in getting the event done. I assigned roles to each member who is gonna help out that day at HDB Hub. I was the Programme Manager. I need to cue the emcee when to say, timing to say, etc. and ensure the whole programme runs smoothly. HDB will usually go directly to me for requests or problems for the event.

Well, tomorrow onwards, the stage, backdrop and launch gambit will have to be set up at the HDB Hub. What's more, my face in the end had to pose for a shot at the very last minute and it is right at the door entrance only shown when the gallery is closed after opening hours. But may not be able to notice much. So tomorrow I've got like walkthrough with internal team, HDB's director's. 13th April will be the full dress rehearsal and with the sound team and emcee coming down to walkthrough with the CEO which will also be one of the guests to launch the gambit together with the Guest of Honour. Well, after 15th ends, this will be the end of my project. It has lasted me this project for more than a year and 1 month exactly by then. Really dragging too long...Please do drop by and see this HDB Gallery if you happen to have lunch at HDB Hub during office hours. I'll post photos of the gallery when it's officially open and will then introduce more of this gallery / exhibits. This is my first project and not sure if this is my last project ever in Pico. Well do visit it cause my hard work and endless late nights are spent on this project from last year. 14th April is the only day for me to be back in office and just wait for the big opening day on 15th April...

Rantings

Now that the HDB project is coming to an end, I will be awaiting for my next project that I'll be doing. However, ever since last Wednesday, the boss has spoken to me about putting me to assist Olivia in another project now, I haven't heard from him after that as to when I'll be starting on that project. The project has already started with meeting the client and having presentation and discussion and they have yet to talk to me about it to bringing me in and then introducing to the project team and client. After having the HDB experience in doing content, I believe I'll be able to assist well in the Content Manager and even guide her along as she's still new and she's practically involved in the other 3-4 projects.

Everyday, I come to office, I do not really have anything to do. So surfing net and acting busy and as if I got work to do is like a daily chore for me since last Thursday till now. I dun feel like speaking to anyone to ask them when will I get involved in the next project. Though HDB's official handover and opening is in late March I will then have to finish the operation manuals and hand to the client a complete neat set. That will be a challenge for me as I have to consolidate a huge pile and write some of the explanation in them. I just hope that I can start off early which I have already started.

Yes just got news that I will be starting on a new project soon. We have yet to get that project but most likely will. Hopefully, we'll get it though then I'll be able to work with the same Project Manager again...

My very first "Studio Photoshoot"

I can't believe I actually helped to be the temporary sample model just to show a pose and send to client for approval. The designer and graphics manager proposed showing a sample pose to see if client approves the styling of the choice of content for one of the graphics door so I helped since this was my project too. I had to pair up with one of the freelance designers in his office as a couple who have just got married and bought a new house so we had to do three different poses with the graphics designer as the creative director to decide on the poses.

Photobucket
We are supposed to be looking at deco tiles for our new home...
Photobucket
My "boyfriend" is handling over the house keys to me....

Photobucket
Welcoming visitors into the new home aka the gallery....

Photobucket
Our height difference is quite a lot but still acceptable. I rem my ex-bf was around this height too. But we're just posing...We were so awkward thoughout the whole shoot....The designer said we are quite stiff, I told him that's why I'm not a professional talent. I need natural feeling when taking photos not posing.

All these are done for work. Both of us are not gonna be the real talents for this photoshoot. The real talents are real couple. The previous pose we used them for was rejected by the client so we had to reshoot that shot with new pose. Client preferred the 1st two poses.

I have been looking for talents for another final studio photoshoot this whole week and got lots of response from professional talents. I've been looking at different photos, profiles and most of them have already starred in drama serials. Quite fun just selecting talents. I love this part. The shoot will be next week so I definitely have to be there to oversee it.

A New Life! (Part 2)

Today is my first day as a Project Assistant. My job title changed, I got handphone allowance but my pay hasn't got any changes. I get to have a namecard made for myself. I had to swap seats with the person taking over me as admin. I'm temporary sitting at her place for a few weeks till another colleague leaves on 6th March then I will take her workstation then. I shall not get too comfortable with where I am though. I am seldom at my desk now that I've started to take on Projects. My first day today was shifting my computer and stuffs over to the ex-Senior Project Coordinator workstation (her title and salary hasn't changed though she's really doing admin work). She's got super loads of things to ask me abt the things I left her with. I had a meeting at 4+ to discuss about a new jobscope assigned for the project team now. My first project was Revamp of HDB Gallery. I was doing more on the content administrative side like taking minutes and all. I've got a lot to learn and tomorrow I will be meeting a video production company and then after lunch will be heading down to HDB Hub @ Toa Payoh to take a look at the current site and look at the current gallery so as to compare the revamp after that. My first project so I hope I will be abel to perform well in writing minutes up to everyone's expectation of me and I will be able to have a sense of job satisfaction after this 6 months project completion. No holiday from now till Nov for me. I'll learn on graphics and liaising / coordinating with the graphic printing / designer so I won't be blogging much about my work after this.

Finally it's over...

Finally my marketing project is submitted yesterday at 6.25pm. It was a late submission but many other projects were in the assignment box. It was full...We were aiming for High Distinction for this project thus we spent a lot of time on it. I also gave my free time of television and going out to finish my part. Tabulating the survey results was really not easy. It took me almost three days to compile everything and another three days to do the amendments again which is like changing the charts, data and stuffs. Phew, I'm glad it's over. I'm gonna rest some time before I start studying for exams. First paper's on 24th and ends on 7th Nov. Long period.

Then after that will be chalet organised by my OG people on 8th Nov then on 13th Nov will be my cousin's wedding. So excited, it's been very very long time since I last attended a close relative's wedding. He was supposed to stay in Australia but he worked in Singapore few years and met a Singaporean gf, now she's gonna become his wife. The whole matrimony and dinner will be held at Four Season's Hotel. And all my relatives from KL and his relatives and friends from Melbourne will fly to Singapore to attend the wedding. He will be living in Singapore for good. He's going to be a three way citizenship. Malaysian citizenship plus Australian citizenship and now gonna have a Singaporean citizenship but think he's gotta have to give up his Australian I think. Actually I'm going to attend a friend's wedding from church too on 30th October but this is a friend where we worked together in chorale so it's different from my cousin's. But attending my cousin's wedding my parents will pay for our share unlike my friend from church. I gotta pay on my own.

I guess after this wedding, the next I would hear is my sister's wedding bells ringing..haha. Hopefully I'll have a chance to be her bridesmaid then. I've been a flower girl twice before when I was really really young. So hopefully I'll have a chance being a bridesmaid. I won tickets to watch 40 year old virgin but must attend this 40 year old virgin party with Kumar at Gold Dust Club. So sick. Though got free entry for two and complimentary first drink, and get the tickets upon registration, they said must attend the party otherwise tickets forfeited. Damn smart of them. They predict pple will just leave after registration. I'll probably just stay a while for the free drink and after that I'll leave. It is a complimentary free pass so anytime can watch it I think maybe those rules where except weekends stuffs. Crap...

Good thing the iwebtunes site is up...I can finally hear music again. Do u all still see pop-ups like for virus thingy or wat and normally just close the window will do? I dun think I see it appear these days maybe it's my side only. Wanna know the feedback if the others still encounters it...I had to skip church last Sunday cause when I woke up to go to church I saw the message my group leader left us. Will have meeting later. And supposed to show the appendixes to her already. I still have one more age group to finish and need about 1 and a half hour to complete it thus I decided to miss church and finish my work. My mum went shopping at Bugis that day too. Because of this prject I had to forgo everything. Next Sunday we'll probably be celebrating my mum's birthday so hopefully my dad will wanna go out...

Edited: 3.25pm
Was reading my old emails and chanced upon this link where it is called the Pig Personality Test. Quite true for some parts though. I know my pig is ugly. Use freehand of the mouse, how nice u expect to see. I'm not a frequent photoshop editor user too so cannot laugh too. See how well u guys draw. Here is the link if u wanna try out yourself: http://drawapig.desktopcreatures.com/index.asp
This is my pig drawing: http://drawapig.desktopcreatures.com/gallery/large.asp?id=768643&p=0&hof=1&q=personality+test
This are my results...(In grey are the other answers, in red are my results!!!)
You drew the pig:
Toward the top of the paper, you are positive and optimistic.
Toward the middle, you are a realist.
Toward the bottom, you are pessimistic, and have a tendency to behave negatively.

Facing left, you believe in tradition, are friendly, and remember dates (birthdays, etc.)
Facing right, you are innovative and active, but don't have a strong sense of family, nor do you remember dates
Facing front, you are direct, enjoy playing devil's advocate and neither fear nor avoid discussions.

With many details, you are analytical, cautious, and distrustful.
With few details, you are emotional and naive, they care little for details and are a risk-taker.

With less than 4 legs, they are insecure or are living through a period of major change.
With 4 legs showing, they are secure, stubborn, and stick to their ideals.

The size of the ears indicates how good a listener you are. The bigger the better. You drew small ears, you are an OK listener.

The length of the tail indicates the quality of your sex life. And again more is better! You drew medium sized tail

Short post

It's been a very busy week for me so u may not have heard of my entries since. I've been going back to school to do project since Monday onwards. Only wed I get to stay at home and finish up my part for the survey results. Damn tiring. Gotta tabulate 4 different age groups with one combined results. And Yunwei decided that she wants all the other age groups to have charts in it too. So I gotta skip chorale practice again this week to finish up the deadline she gave me for Thursday morning. I managed to finish it yesterday and started printing them out one by one at 12+ before I went to school for lessons. Then yesteray after lessons, we stayed on in school again to discuss project. The deadline's on Monday and we got lots to do still. My results need amendments. Adeline helped me correct the results before I bring home to do the amendments. We stayed till about 9pm and all of us haven't even had our dinner. I took a cab home. We was supposed to decide on our specialisation course (major) soon. We were spoken to by marketing lecturer and Business Finance lecturer. Think I am going to change HRM to Marketing course. Then perhaps my Sem 5 I will choose HRM as my minor then. Really got no time till I almost forgot about updating my weekly movie screening. The pictures of the movies now are all so colourful. Brightens my blog now instead of the black dull background though it's right at the bottom of the page. Anyway, think the iwebtunes is down cause I tried to upload a song but there was no sound. Think I must hurry seek help from Rach's bf, Vince to put the bg music as a player type. So that u all can play and hear more than one song. Then it'd be in mp3 format.

Weekend

Went to IMM after church today. And had KFC for lunch with my family. Then Giant was having big promo for King's ice-creams. Buy 1 get 1 free, from drumsticks to Potong and to Tubs, my dad bought a lot back for only just $24+. Then I went to the third floor to find my dad at the Chinese bookstore and saw a long queue of people and crowded people. The two Project Superstar male and female champions, Kelvin Tan and Kelly Poon were there to promote their solo singles each. I went into TS Video and they were playing Kelly Poon's single song, Yi Shi De Mei Hao over and over again. She sounded great with all the special audio and digital recording and think because she suits such songs. Heard that both of them are gonna sing Lao Shu Ai Da Mi separately during the Final Live Show in Indoor Stadium this Thursday. Just like Singapore Idol, Sylvester Sim and Taufik Batisah both had to sing same song individually before.

Next weekend I will not be free too. Besides going for usual lessons on Sat, I gotta go for Teacher's Day buffet lunch in church from 2pm-5pm. There will be buffet lunch catered for the teachers, helpers, worship leaders, etc. Then on Sunday, I gotta wake up even earlier as usual to head down to help out as the IC for Games Master for Island Quest. Another last and major event organised by Student Council. It will be a whole day event from 8am-8pm. Will be damn tiring for the contestants who think are mostly council members and it'd be a boring and long day for the Games Masters, cause I helped out for City Quest before, and we are not supposed to leave until all the groups have finished with that particular station. That is the boring part. The prizes for this event is more attractive than before. 3rd prize - $120 cash for the group of 5 pple which is a lot of money. 1st prize can get $270 cash + $30 voucher. Damn attractive eh? Makes me tempted to join too. It'd be fun...So of course I will not be able to go to church. Fortunately I'm not teaching next month so I'm able to skip worship this week.

Gotta get back to do my Commercial Law assignment. I still have one more accounting assignment and a marketing project this semester. Cannot slack liao...

Sch work..

I just finished my accounting assignment. I practically sat at my pc the whole full day except for dinner and for the 9pm show. Needed to destress and relax myself. The accounting assignment is killing each and every of us in my class. We (Huimin, Bernard, Ah Hong, Leon, Grace, Zihao and me) even met up yesterday after lesson to do discussion. We went to Ngee Ann Poly Canteen 3 for lunch. Then after that, I suggested going to Ngee Ann library to discuss. We stayed at the library till about 4pm. We did not managed to solve one question. Just discussing around and teaching one another how to solve the question partially. In the end, we went to Bukit Timah Plaza to play pool at Mambo Billards. Bernard had left earlier so only six of us went to play pool. We opened two tables and took turns to play. We played til about 6.30pm then I at first wanted to go back for dinner. But I was persuaded to stay and accompany them for dinner. As I was feeling quite hungry and thirsty at that time, I obliged and we went to the hawker centre at Bukit Timah and I shared a plate of Fried Carrot Cake with Grace. I reached home at around 8.30pm and was too lazy touch on my assignment. My accounting assignment needs to be submitted on friday (today) and it needs to be type-written on Excel and have a total of 4 questions. The difficulty is the theory part actually. Okie, enough of lamenting for now. Gotta do some finishing amendments then go to sleep...
